By accessing or using CraftCold, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CraftCold is an AI-powered cold email generation tool that helps users create cold email copy for sales and outreach purposes. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying levels of access to features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except at our sole discretion within 7 days of initial purchase.

5. Free Trial

New users receive 3 free email generations upon signing up. No credit card is required for the free trial. Free trial generations do not roll over to paid plans.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CraftCold to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails in violation of applicable laws
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Resell or redistribute our service without written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

7. Intellectual Property

The emails generated by CraftCold are yours to use. CraftCold retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CraftCold is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated emails will achieve any specific results. Email performance depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftCold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
